  I avoided other Wendy's locations because I loved the Charlestown road spot and loved the night crew until recently. The last few weeks I've been through the drive thru it starts negatively with a barking voice in the speaker and when they mess my order up they act pissed off that I said something with lots of eye rolls. When you start something negatively it ends with everyone being pissed off. Try to sound like you don't hate your life even though you work in fast food. Sounds like a life choice don't take it out on people trying to enjoy the Wendy's they paid for.

  The service was good and fast but I got a grilled chicken meal when I got to my house which is only like 5 minutes away my fries were cold and you could tell they had been sitting for awhile and my chicken sandwich the lettuce was Brown and really flimsy not crisp it all the chicken was almost burnt and really dry I will not be going back to this Wendy's again
