  My delivered sandwich had a long hair in it. I called them and they were very nice on the phone, but the lady who delivered my sandwich was rude and asked for the other sandwich. I had thrown the half with the hair out to the dogs, but got the other half out of the trash can. I understand that, but there was no apology or anything. My appetite is gone so if anyone wants a sandwich it's in my fridge. :(
  This was my favorite sub place.

  Perfect service. Order is always correct and I order from there a lot. I always have special instructions and they always get it right and get it here fast. Always friendly and courteous. Thanks Jimmy John's employees at the Charlestown Road location for doing an awesome job!

  I order from this location about 2 up 5 times a week, today I received 3 sandwhiches, all what I asked for but one had very hard bread, knowing things happen, my husband called and simply asked for a new one to be made, then the manager argued with him about our sandwhich and then refused to send a driver back out with a better sandwhich demanding us to come pick it up. Needless to say it's probably the last time I order from here.
