  Well first off no one greets you anymore however there's a sign says please wait to be seated. Next servers just walk past without smiles or even acknowledging your existence. Secondly manager is behind the line watching people but not responding to the needs of the restaurant and all the servers seem to be in high school. It's amazing that something so good can be ruined so quickly by poor management a little bit of training will go along way. One more thing if a guest has to walk and find silverware something is majorly wrong.
