Bland, not that tender, absolutely no WOW that's a great steak factor. I thought maybe it was just me, that I'd never had a "good" "expensive steak before..... But No, I've made a steak on a cast Iron skillet that was better...... Also been to Zagrebs (Bloomington) two times, and that's where I'll go again......... or Outback.
