  Tried to order online for curbside pickup: system not working (of course, I didn't find out until I'd gone thru the entire process including creating an account and entering my credit card. Had to call in order, and staff was confused and I was put on hold several times. Was told we had to walk in to pick up the to-go order if we wanted to use our coupon. Staff was even more confused when we came in to get the order and could not find it: manager had to be called and he had trouble finding the order, too (and even more confusion happened when trying to use our coupon, so manager had to be called again). Once home, the rice in my Fiesta lime chicken was very dry, husband's wrap had little to no chicken in it and they forgot the drink for the kid's meal. Blah.

  We had lunch at this Applebee's and the experience was okay. The servers were great. Very attentive, pleasant, and welcoming. I debated between a 3 or 4 star rating, simply because of the service. I ended up with a 3 because of the food. The food was not bad but it wasn't great either. It was okay. I ordered a salmon with macaroni and cheese. The mac and cheese looked nothing like the picture, which was very disappointing. The salmon tasted fine but it was really dry. I tried some of my family's meals and they each were also okay. It turned out to be a rather pricey meal for food that didn't do much to spark my interest. If the prices were lower, maybe I wouldn't have had such high expectations. As it is, there are better places to visit with the same price point.

  I ordered carry out and I got ribs got home it was like a rock took them back my boyfriend brought those home and guess what they hard 2. So I called and asked for my money back and they apparently have a no refund policy which I just want to say how do you serve food like that and not give the money back it ain't right but he said I had to come there and he would try to figure it out an gave me half my money back and we asked him about how they make the ribs to which he says they only cook them in the morning and then they microwave them. They are open til midnight there is no reason they can't be making ribs at night as well in morning. I'm paying 30 bucks for microwaved food y'all what is that? No restaurant should have a microwave and I also work in the food industry so I know that ain't right. I will never eat at Applebee's again.
